The Ounalashka Corporation (OC) has partnered with Chena Power, LLC, along with support from the City of Unalaska and the U.S. Department of Energy, to develop this resource. A successful project will provide stable and cost-effective electrical energy and hot water to the community of Unalaska as well as mitigate air emissions from diesel generators.
