The successful applicant needs to be highly skilled in residential and commercial building maintenance and construction. This position will develop and maintain the OC Maintenance Plan, manage the maintenance crew in the repair and daily maintenance of commercial and residential structure on both developed and undeveloped land owned by the Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
This position must be filled in Unalaska, Alaska.
