The Ounalashka Corporation is currently interviewing to fill a permanent full-time position, as follows.

Executive Assistant: Primary duties will be working and assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and management team in all day-to-day activities and will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. Will organize and lead special projects and also manage the WWII Visitors Center.

Requirements for the position include working knowledge in the use of Windows including Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel, a valid Alaska driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record free of any DUI or other major driving infractions.  The successful applicant should be able to understand that this role is required to hold a variety of work and activities in confidence and with discretion and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent grammar and spelling a must.
