Land use permits are available online at www.ounalashka.com. A land-use permit does not allow access to property under lease to our tenants, including but not limited to ground storage and container lots, commercial and warehouse buildings and residential properties including parking lots, equipment yards, and other outside areas under lease. OC reserves the right to restrict access to any of its properties at any time.

Effective immediately, OC land permits will only be issued via our website – ounalashka.com. Under ‘About OC’ is the lands page, with a secure online payment portal for those wishing to purchase a permit for lands use. Online permits will be issued exclusively for the next two weeks, and possibly longer.
