Janice Krukoff is a Director on the Ounalashka Corporation (OC) Board of Directors. Her current term expires in 2024. Ms. Krukoff has served as a Director for OC from 2003 to 2006, and most recently from 2012 to the present. She is the Vice President of the Aleutian Development Corporation and the Secretary/Treasurer of BIDAR Corporation, Dutch Harbor Aggregate Corporation, Inc., and Ounalashka Properties, Inc., all wholly owned subsidiaries of OC. She previously served as a Director for OC wholly-owned subsidiaries Aleutian Development Corporation, Bidar Corporation, Dutch Harbor Aggregate Company, Inc., Dutch Harbor Development Corporation, and Ounalashka Properties, Inc.
Janice moved to South Dakota in 2023, where, semi-retired, she keeps busy by volunteering for various organizations and making art. She has strong ties to her family in Alaska and to the Corporation.
