Michael R. Tutiakoff is a Director on the Ounalaskha Corporation (OC) Board of Directors. He has served on the Board since 2020, and his current term expires in 2026. Mr. Tutiakoff has served as a Trustee on the Ounalashka Settlement Trust since 2020, and is the President of Dutch Harbor Development Corporation and OC Communications, and the Vice President of Little Brazil Corporation and Uknadax Corporation — all wholly-owned subsidiaries of OC.
Previously, Michael has worked for Kakivik Asset Management and TEAM INC. in Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk, and on the Alyeska Pipeline. He spent over thirteen years as a Non-Destructive Pipeline Inspector, performing Radiation, Ultrasound, Magnetic, Liquid Penetrant, Visual, and 3D Laser scanning. With a background in environmental work in oil, he also worked for over twelve years in 8(a) government contracting working military base clean up from Adak, Alaska to Pennsylvania. Michael is the son of Chairman Vincent M. Tutiakoff, Sr.
