Vincent Michael Tutiakoff Sr. is Chairman of the Ounalashka Corporation Board of Directors. His current term expires in 2025. Though Chair Tutiakoff is retired, he presently serves as the Coordinator for Camp Qungaayux and was the Camp’s Committee Chair from 2010 to 2017. Chair Tutiakoff also currently sits on the board of the Unalaska Native Fishermen’s Association (UNFA), where he formerly served as President. He is a former Director, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer for The Aleut Corporation (TAC), having sat on the Lands Committee and served as Committee Chair for Fisheries during his time on the TAC board. He has also served as Mayor of the City of Unalaska since October 2019.
Chair Tutiakoff sat on OC’s Board of Directors from 1973 to 1980, from 1987 to 1989, and most recently from 2010 to the present. He was voted Chairman of the Board from 1977 to 1979, and from 2012 to the present. He was OC’s President from 1979 to 1983 and again served in that role in 2012. In addition, Chair Tutiakoff worked as OC’s Land Director from 1974 to 1980 and currently serves as a board member, formerly president, of the Ounalashka Settlement Trust. Chair Tutiakoff is the Secretary/Treasurer of LSA Development, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of OC, and has previously sat on the Board of Directors for other subsidiaries of OC – Dutch Harbor Aggregate Company, Inc., FDOC, Inc., Little Brazil Corporation, and LSA Development, Inc. Chair Tutiakoff is the father of Director Michael R. Tutiakoff and brother-in-law of Director Nicholai E. Lekanoff
