Wendy is a Director on the Ounalashka Corporation (OC) Board of Directors and serves at the Board Secretary/Treasurer. Her current term expires in 2026. Wendy has served as a Director for OC since 2020, and as a Trustee on the Ounalashka Settlement Trust since 2020.
Currently retired, Wendy serves as the President of Little Brazil Corporation and the Uknadax Corporation, the Vice President of the Dutch Harbor Development Corporation, and the Secretary/Treasurer of Niigalax Corporation — all wholly-owned subsidiaries of OC. Wendy also currently serves as President of the Edna P. McCurdy Scholarship Foundation. Previously, Wendy worked at OC from 1991 to 2012, was mentored into the CEO position by the Board, and served as CEO from 2002-2012.
